$205 for up to 4 guests, $15 per night for each add'l guest**

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The booking services that we may use have the cancellation policy provided to you at the time of booking. If you do not reserve your stay through one of the booking services like vrbo or airbnb and go directly through the owners we require at least 15 days notice prior to your arrival for a 75% refund of your deposit. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to your arrival date there is no refund.
A reservation requires a deposit of half of the total rental rate at time of reservation. The balance due is due the day of the arrival and will include a $50 cleaning fee, a 6% hotel tax and the remaining one half of the rental rate. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We will need your card number, expiration date and 3 digit security code. Your card will reflect a charge from Hill Country Cabins, LLC. We cannot and do not guarantee good weather, creek or river flow, road conditions, you and your family's health, your children's behavior, or your car's mechanical condition. We understand that sometimes any of the above may cause your trip to be canceled or shortened. Rain or inclement weather are acts of God and no refund will be given due to weather unless all roads to the lodging are closed. This is why we strongly suggest you obtain trip insurance if there is a possibility you have to cancel or leave early. You must purchase your own trip insurance independently of this business.
